Our nursery is led by an experienced Manager, Kristy, who has been with the setting for 28 years. She is supported by two Deputy Managers and an Administrative Manager, who help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.​

The majority of our staff either hold, or are working towards, recognised childcare qualifications. We carefully select our team based on their dedication, commitment, and genuine enthusiasm for working with children.​

The nursery has six Room Leaders, each responsible for leading their own room alongside a permanent team of staff who provide consistency, stability, and strong relationships for the children in their care. In addition, the setting has its own cover team who provide support across the nursery when needed, helping to maintain high-quality care at all times.​

All newly appointed staff complete a comprehensive three-month induction period, during which they receive training in key areas such as Health and Safety and Child Protection, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
